In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the ags99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. ags99 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• Residency: You are an individual accessing the Platform from the Republic of Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would limit your capacity to contract.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold and will not create more than one Account on the ags99 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your ags99 Account are your own lawful funds and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained source.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with ags99 or any other gaming platform and are not aware that you should be excluded from gaming services on responsible gaming grounds.

To access the full range of ags99 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals, you must create a registered Account on the Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• A valid, unique username that does not impersonate another person or entity.
• A secure password that meets the minimum strength requirements specified during registration.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number capable of receiving verification messages.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• The Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for withdrawals.

You agree to keep all registration information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your contact number or linked bank account — you are responsible for updating your Account promptly. ags99 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

Each Player may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for their creation. Where ags99 identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, bank account, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifying marker — ags99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any or all such Accounts and to void any associated bets, bonuses, or outstanding withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ags99 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any suspicious request for your login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your Account at the conclusion of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify ags99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents purporting to act on your behalf.

ags99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We also implement real-time session monitoring and anomalous login detection to identify and flag unauthorized access attempts. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and ags99 cannot guarantee absolute security in all circumstances.

Any transaction — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — made using your Account credentials will be treated as authorized by you unless you have previously notified ags99 of suspected unauthorized access. ags99 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of an Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard your credentials.

All deposits on the ags99 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time; please refer to the cashier section of your Account for the current list.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Per-transaction and daily deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your ags99 Wallet in real time following confirmed receipt of funds. ags99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Own Account Requirement: All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including joint accounts not in your name — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund to the source account.

ags99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Player's own registered payment method, or where the deposit is suspected to be connected to fraudulent, money-laundering, or other prohibited activity.

Players may request withdrawal of available (non-bonus) funds from their ags99 Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Daily and per-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted during service hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are typically processed within one to five minutes. Requests submitted outside of service hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next service window.
• Verified Accounts: Withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 within a rolling 24-hour period may trigger a KYC verification request. Players must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership before the withdrawal is released.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the Player's name on their ags99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds credited to your Wallet as Bonus Funds, or winnings generated from Bonus Funds, are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full details.

ags99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player. ags99 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of a disputed bet.

ags99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified ags99 Account and who satisfy any eligibility conditions specified in the promotion (e.g., minimum deposit amount, game type, time window).
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Player must place total bets of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms, commencing from the time the Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's Wallet. Unused Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit it.
• Abuse: ags99 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other Players.

All bets and gaming activity conducted on the ags99 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section:

• Sufficient Balance: Bets may only be placed using available real-money or eligible Bonus Funds in your ags99 Wallet. Bets will not be accepted if your Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the full stake.
• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ags99 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except where the specific rules for the game or market expressly permit a "Cash Out" or similar early settlement option.
• Sportsbook Odds: Sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. In-play (live) odds fluctuate continuously and the Player accepts the odds displayed at the moment of placement.
• Void Bets: ags99 reserves the right to void a bet where: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a system or pricing fault; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result; (c) the bet is suspected to have been placed using inside information or match-fixing intelligence; or (d) the odds offered were manifestly incorrect.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits as displayed in the sportsbook or game interface. ags99 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps to protect platform integrity.
• RNG Certification: All casino games, including slots, table games, and virtual sports, use independently certified random number generator (RNG) software. Results are determined by RNG and are not influenced by the Platform or by previous game outcomes.

ags99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available within the Account settings section and include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may not be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to prompt them to take breaks at regular intervals during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is negatively affecting their life may request a temporary (30, 60, or 90-day) or permanent self-exclusion via live chat. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will not receive any promotional communications from ags99.
• Reality Check: An optional on-screen reminder that displays the Player's net session balance and session duration at regular intervals.

ags99 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. We use registration data, payment verification, and periodic KYC checks to identify and exclude underage Players. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ags99 Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing faults for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ags99.
• Colluding with other Players, particularly in poker or tournament formats, to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with access to non-public information about the outcome of an event.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or deliberate loss of funds for any reason on live casino or poker games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ags99 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit transaction via your bank or e-wallet provider after wagering those funds.

All content on the ags99 Platform — including but not limited to the ags99 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, and game content provided by licensed third-party studios — is the property of ags99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ags99.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the ags99 name, logo, or brand assets for any commercial purpose, affiliation claim, or promotional material.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ags99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside ags99's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, Indonesian bank systems, or e-wallet service interruptions.
• Any loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your Account.

The ags99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; we will endeavor to communicate planned downtime in advance wherever practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude ags99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

ags99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ags99 live chat support. Upon voluntary Account closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any applicable KYC verification.
• Any Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Any active self-exclusion arrangements will remain in effect for their specified duration, preventing re-registration during that period.

Where an Account is closed by ags99 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ags99 may forfeit all or part of the Account balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as it pertains to online gaming and digital services platforms operating for an Indonesian user base.

ags99 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are accessing the Platform on your own initiative and that you are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence. ags99 does not represent that the Platform is lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

Any dispute between a Player and ags99 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

ags99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing a prominent announcement on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the ags99 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain familiar with the current version. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
